We deliver industry best practices and focus on the physical and mental well-being of the workforce.From sales to operations, we prioritize customer satisfaction, compliance, secure technology, and cost-containment to build and retain long-term partnerships with our clients.We're actively seeking a Full-time Paramedic to join our team for medical oversight on a project in Bellevue, NE starting mid-May.Please note: The company is open to hiring a full-time independent contractor (1099), in lieu of a W-2 full-time employee at a higher pay rate.Key responsibilities:Running the on-site clinic and providing emergency care, wellness support, safety assistance, and customer service to the construction project team.Collaborating closely with safety, risk management, and workers' compensation programs.Offering occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and helping reduce risks for workers.Managing healthcare services, supporting on-site health and wellness initiatives, monitoring treatment plans, and handling case management.Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in our system.Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of Paramedic experience.Active NE State Paramedic license.Current BLS certification.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Flexibility with work schedule.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in occupational health.Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER).Managerial experience.OSHA 30 training.ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certificationCompensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour (FT Employee) $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (FT 1099 independent contractor)Schedule: Monday to Friday (daylight), NO OTLocation: Bellevue, NEBenefits (only available for FT W2 employees):401(k) w/ matchDental InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffVision InsuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Bellevue, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Job Type: Full-time (40 hour week, no OT)Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits (only available for FT W2 employees):401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceAD&DCritical IllnessSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
