As a Customer Migrations Representative, you will lead the seamless
transition of customers to our client’s new platform. In this role,
you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing
customer migrations while serving as the primary liaison between
our client and their migrating customers. Your focus will be on
ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, addressing customer needs
efficiently, and providing ongoing support throughout the migration
process. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact
for customers undergoing migration, representing the organization
throughout the process Assess each customer's current setup to
ensure a smooth and efficient migration Engage customers according
to established processes to initiate their transition Implement and
oversee the integration between legacy systems and the new platform
Validate data accuracy post-integration to ensure a seamless
transition Deliver training sessions on the new platform and
relevant applications Provide hands-on support to enhance the
customer experience during migration Facilitate a thorough handoff
to the Customer Success team to ensure ongoing support and
satisfaction Qualifications and Requirements: At least 1 year of
professional experience in a commercial or customer service role
(B2B experience is preferred) Strong communication skills and a
positive, solution-oriented attitude Proficient in English, both
written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical
requirements and solutions Benefits and Perks: Pay Rate: $25.00 per
