New Nurse Graduate provides specialized nursing care at one of
DCI’s in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units as part of
a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and
the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule: Potential fulltime shifts vary from four 10-hour shifts
or three 12-hour shifts and are set upon hiring. Sundays off; no

Wellness program Among others Responsibilities What You Can Expect:
DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including
classroom group sessions, job shadowing, and one-on-one skills
training Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and
communicating changes with physician and families Prepare dialysis
machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and
procedures Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching,
including relevant documentation Administer and chart all
prescribed medications under supervision of registered nurse
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals Assist in
medication inventory maintenance Contribute to training new staff
members as directed Additional tasks as requested
