Job Description Job Description We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Daycare Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Establish and follow a consistent daily routine Supervise and engage with children during play, meals, nap time, and learning activities Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and daily experiences Keep accurate records and maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Work collaboratively with other staff members Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a comprehensive background check High school diploma or equivalent (Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related degree preferred) Previous experience working with young children strongly preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday (specific hours to be discussed) We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives every day!
