Job Description:

*Gregg Young Automotive Group* is searching for experienced ASE Certified individuals to become a member on our Fixed Operations TEAM as a *Technician *at our Chevrolet dealership in Plattsmouth, NE. Diesel and transmission technicians included.*Qualifications:** tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment* diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning* communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimated amount of time needed for additional repairs* executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications* ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem* performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards/ manufacturer standards* establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals* operate independently as rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern, & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors*Employment Package:** *5 day work week and every 4th Saturday** *Up to $40/hour based on experience** opportunity to build a great career with continual training & a management team committed to your success* an aggressive pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards productive work* (up to *$5k available signing bonus*, experience dependent)* stackable bonuses & retro incentives based off performance* education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealershipGregg Young Automotive Group is dedicated to creating an educated, motivated, and inspired TEAM of employees that will go the extra mile for our customers every time, without fail.
