If that’s you, let’s talk Qualifications: Minimum 3 years
experience as a Paint Technician High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good
communication skills and customer service orientation Willingness
to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies Physical
Requirements: Ability to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up
to 45 pounds. Ability to ascending or descending ladders, stairs,
scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like. Ability to move self in
different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
including tight and confined spaces. Ability to operate motor
vehicles including RVs or heavy equipment. Ability to physically
operate various equipment and power tools including vehicle
equipment. Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks. Ability to
work in excessive environmental conditions including but not
limited to: High and Low temperatures, outdoor elements, noisy
environments, hazardous conditions, poor ventilation, small and/or
enclosed spaces. Vision abilities including close, distance and
color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability
to communicate within the shop environment orally and audibly,
including ability to hear notifications of warnings of hazards.
