A Memory Suppor Director Role YOU Will:

• 
  
• Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
  
• Coach and develop associates as leaders and healthcare professionals.
  
• Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.
  
• Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
  
• Design innovative Memory Supportprograms and services that enhance the resident experience.
  
• Develop process and procedures that builds operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meets state and federal guidelines.
  
  Outstanding Memory Support Director Candidates Will Have:
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team in senior living or a related industry with experience supporting individuals with memory support needs.
    
  • Valid LPN license with the state of Nebraska or a compact state is preferred.
    
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
