- Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel Shift: 3/12 or 4x12/VARIED NIGHTS
(ROTATING WEEKENDS), Preferred Med/Surg/Rehab experience FLU SHOT
REQUIRED Facility will provide (3) days of orientation (subject to
change per facility schedule) GT: 36 or 48 SMOKE/NICOTINE FREE
CAMPUS Needed for Submission: Resume Skills Checklist 2 references
BLS Covid card/declination Must have at least 2 years of experience
in SNF/LTC.
