Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Omaha, NE Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,242 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 75168419 Shift: 12H Nights 12 hr nights Description: Unit Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contractDepartment: ER RN*Certifications: BLS, ACLS , PALS, TNCCThe weekend requirement is every third weekend with nights being Friday and Saturday and days being Saturday and Sunday. It is self scheduling, but no shifts are guaranteed until the schedule is final- Beds: 27- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: All ages- Are there nurse aids/EMT/Paramedics/Patient Sitters on each shift? Ratios? Duties?: Aids, EMTs, and paramedics- Does Phlebotomy draw labs or RNs draw?: Phlebotomy available- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a, 3p-3a, 7p-7a // - Weekend Requirements: Every other- Holiday Requirements: Rotating- Floating Requirements: noneRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
