Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in
a step-down setting Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to
develop and implement individualized care plans Utilize electronic
medical record systems (EPIC) to document and track patient
progress Participate in orientation and ongoing training to
maintain clinical competencies and knowledge Provide support in
charge/preceptor roles as assigned Float within the same discipline
across local campuses as needed Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active, unrestricted RN license Proven experience in step-down or
progressive care nursing Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical
records preferred Ability to handle dynamic patient care scenarios
confidently Flexibility to adapt to floating within local campuses
Schedule & Contract Details: Contract position with access to
multiple orientation session options Typical hours between 36-40
per week with billable overtime available Holiday and on-call
differentials offered Evening and weekend shifts may be part of the
schedule This position welcomes candidates living beyond a 50-mile
radius from Sioux City due to facility guidelines. Local candidates
