Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Papillion, NE Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,224 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Candidates must be outside of a specified radius. - Driver's license required. Description: Unit provides care for both adult and geriatric patients. Ratios during the day shift are 1 nurse to 4 patients, and at night it is 1 nurse to 5 patients. Charge Nurse available on each shift with a ratio of 1 Charge Nurse to 10 nurses. Nurse aides/patient care technicians are present with a ratio of 1 aide to 10 patients. Shifts are scheduled from 06:30 to 19:00 and 18:30 to 07:00 with no block scheduling. Weekend and holiday requirements vary based on need. Floating to the emergency room may be required to sit with a patient on a 1:1 basis. Scrub color is navy blue, and scrubs will be provided. Travelers are welcomed and incorporated into the culture. Requests for time off are needed upfront and may be limited. The facility can cancel a set number of shifts during the assignment. Charting system used is EPIC.
