Job Description Company Description Zier Institue is a pediatric therapy clinic dedicated to treating children with autism, sensory integration disorders, ADD/ADHD, and learning and emotional challenges. We utilize a relationship-based, developmental approach to therapy, emphasizing the parent-child relationship as the foundation for development ~ (DIR/Floortime). Our methods help children and parents develop self-regulation, shared attention, reciprocity, and the ability to explore and learn. Role Description This is a position that requires a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week. It is an on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, located in Omaha, NE. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to children with various developmental challenges. Daily tasks include assessing and evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with parents and other healthcare professionals to support each child's development. Qualifications Occupational Therapy lens on the world! Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention Skills in Working With Children Playful, fun, mindful! Ability to work collaboratively with families and team members Aware of the emotional parts of our nervous system and how it connects so beautifully to behaviors! Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
