2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Mindlance Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lincoln,
Nebraska, 68501! ID: 75397763 Shift: 12H Nights 12 Hour Nights
Description: Unit Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full
time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with
CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.Driver's license
required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is
outside 50 miles.Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited
in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails
will lead to termination of contract* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on
Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they
are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to
pass or they will be terminated * * Department: Med
Surg*Certifications: BLS Beds: 42- Ratios: 1:5-6- How often are
staff taking a 1:6 ratio?: At least once a week - Common
diagnoses/Types of patients: Medical, surgical, and orthopedics- Is
there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an
assignment?: Yes- Any titratable drips?: NO, except Heparin- RT
available and what equipment? (has only worked with RT doing all
setup): RT is 24 hours on the floor- Tele on the floor at all,
central tele (any monitor techs)?: Yes Tele's on the floor, but we
have a centralized Tele station.- Are there nurse aids/patient care
techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?: Yes- 1:10-12- Shifts &
Scheduling: 0630-1900, 1830-0700- Weekend Requirement: As needed-
Holiday Requirement: As needed- Is there Call or a Standby
requirement?: No- Floating Requirements: PCU or Burn- Scrub
Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: Navy blue- How many shifts of
unit/department specific orientation?: First week is classroom and
then 2-12 hour shifts on the floorRadius Rule: 50 miles AND
candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any

Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after
submissions.Updated on: 1/3/2024 Cancellation can cancel up to 4
