in a stepdown or progressive care unit (PCU) Current certifications
in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support), and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage patients
requiring close monitoring Responsibilities: Deliver attentive,
comprehensive nursing care to stepdown unit patients during night
shifts Monitor patient conditions, interpret diagnostic data, and
adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to promote optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate
documentation and adhere to facility policies and protocols Job
