Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/28/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel AUTO OFFER – Med/Surg Tele RN/nUnits: 7W / 7E / 5E | 60 beds/nShifts: Days 6:30a–7:00p or Nights 6:30p–7:00a | Every other weekend/nRatio: 1:5/nEMR: Epic | IV Pumps: Alaris/nScrubs: Navy/n/nPatient Population:/nPrimarily adult med/surg-tele (post-op, DM, HF, HTN, weakness, cancer). Minimal pediatrics (1–5/year; peds not required)./n/nAuto-Offer Requirement:/n• Open-book pass/fail skills exam during Friday orientation/n• 90% required to pass (resources provided)/n/nRadius & Eligibility Rules:/n• 50-mile radius enforced (driver’s license required at submission)/n• Candidates cannot be employed FT/PT/PRN with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility/n• Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas (non-compliance = termination)/n/nFloating:/nYes – 6E, Acute Rehab, Geriatric Psych/n/nUnit Culture:/nTeam-focused, positive attitude required.
