Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Omaha, NE Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,052 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required in a large, urban hospital setting. Must possess experience with high acuity specialty patients. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: BLS required. ACLS preferred. Must-Have: Experience with drips, EPIC charting, and various high acuity procedures. Ability to float within the facility as needed. Capacity to work 4 weekend shifts out of 8 in a 4-week period. Description: The position is for a registered nurse in a fast-paced specialty intensive care unit. The unit provides care for cardiovascular patients, including those with heart and lung transplants and patients on advanced devices. The nurse will care for high acuity specialty patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3. Candidates must be prepared to float frequently to meet staffing needs. Weekend shifts will include working Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are required, and candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays. The facility is nicotine-free, and candidates must adhere to this policy during employment. Nurses are expected to wear specific scrubs with facility branding.
