Your day to day as a LPN- CHARGE NURSE NIGHTS As an LPN - Charge Nurse Days at Wilber Care Center, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and maintaining resident health records. You'll coordinate patient care, monitor vital signs, and provide direct support for residents, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and compassionately. Your schedule will consist of day shifts, and you'll typically work from 6 am to 2:30 pm, rotating weekends and holidays, providing continuity of care and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both staff and residents.
