Job Description Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Description • Working to improve, enrich and respect the lives of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities • Documenting in compliance with the agency's policy and procedures • Supervising individuals with their Activities of Daily Life • Administering daily medications • Assisting with day-by-day operations of the residence in accordance with regulatory requirements, agency policy, and quality program standards. • Assisting individuals in the development of appropriate behavioral, social, money management, housekeeping, hygiene, and other skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential • Complying with agencies policy and procedures Schedule: 8-hour shift 4-hour shift Day shift Holidays Night shift Overnight shift Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) ? Experience: Healthcare - 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Certified Medication Aide (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) First Aid Certification (Preferred) Driver's License Auto Insurance Shift Availability: Overnight Shift Night Shift Day Shift
