Core Work: - Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs
using AI assisted technology - Clinical consultations with
prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals - Medication
therapy management and drug interactionreviews - Administer

Required: - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree - Active Texas
Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date) -
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication
skills (you'll talk to nurses, DSPs, prescribers daily) - Team

Experience in fast-paced, high volume pharmacy setting -
Immunization certification - Interest in medication therapy

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Job Duties/Responsibilities: Must possess
meticulous skills of checking medication packs, data entry, and
providing consultations to other providers. Pharmacist will also be
administering a variety of injections to patients. The ability to
multi-task, remain accurate, and become part of a team-oriented
culture is important. The position may also include occasional
participation in various medication review committees. Neighborhood
