PracticeLocation: Columbus, NE - Omaha 80mSetting: Outpatient
Family Practice Urgent CareEmployment Type: Full-Time, permanent
position, Private PracticePosition Highlights Full-spectrum
outpatient family medicine (excluding OB) See patients of all ages,
from infants to seniors Established practice with nearly 70 years
of service to the community Practice locations include Medical
Center and Urgent Care Flexibility to work between both sites,
including weekends Clinic hours: Medical Center: M-F, 7:30 AM -
5:00 PM Urgent Care: M-Sat, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sun 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Supportive work environment with experienced staff and
leadershipClinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive,
evidence-based medical care Manage acute and chronic conditions
across all age groups Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
within scope Prescribe medications and administer immunizations
Coordinate care with specialists and community providers Maintain
accurate and timely patient documentation Participate in on-call
rotation and quality improvement initiativesCompensation & Benefits
