ID: 76109943 Shift: 12H Days 12 hr days Description: Unit Notes:*CRISIS PROTOCOL * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary * * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * CHEMO CERT PREFERRED NOT REQUIREDRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract specific patient types/diagnoses - Oncology PCU and Trauma PCU how much experience they are wantingoif they want specific oncology experience for this floor - chemotherapy certified ohow many years of experience they require 1 year ook with first time travelers yes for the charge- is this experience required, if so how long yes minimum 1 year what types of RT equipment they have on this floor we should be good.
