will be terminated * CHEMO CERT PREFERRED NOT REQUIREDRadius Rule:
50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN
with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI
and/or Dignity.Driver's license required at submittal and will be
used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Fingernail
policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments
providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to
