Job Description The ambulatory medical director provides
supervision of assigned Primary Care Medical Staff, seamless
coordination with non-medical clinic providers, and patient
centered collaboration with other essential ambulatory care staff.
They provide full primary care and urgent health care services to
patients who present to the primary care and other ambulatory
clinics. Seek to create systems and processes that encourage staff
to function at the top of their license, make decisions based on
the greatest value, and include both individual and population wide
metrics in accomplishing the team's mission, vision, and goals.
