---Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Kitchen Manager/ Sous Chef
in full service, high volume casual dining. ---Skillful planner
with basic business fundamentals. ---Strong communication skills.
(verbal and written) ---Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, with
extensive standing/walking. ---Ability to lift materials and/ or
