of Position:2ndshift hours 3:30pm-12:00amTheHR Generalistis
responsiblefor applying business knowledge and human resources
expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR
support and advice to all employees within the assigned facility.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the
organization by offering guidance on employee relations,
performance management, terminations, and HR best practices while
facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior
management. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager
and is a key player in supporting JBS Prepared Foods succession
planning and organizational development.Responsibilities:The above

the HR ManagerSkills and Qualifications:To perform this job

Resources Management or related discipline; experience will be

judgment and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude, with
