Meadow Lark Hires PROFESSIONAL Drivers - Company CDL A  Van or Flatbed with Lease Programs Must Have CDL Class A and 2 Year’s Experience!! REQUIREMENTS CDL Class A 2 years’ experience, minimum Flatbed: at least 1 year verifiable open deck experience At least 22 years old No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years Maximum of 4 moving violations in the last 3 years No preventable accidents in the last 3 years FLEXIBILITY You choose regional or long haul. Pet friendly and passenger insurance available. PAY Get paid weekly .01 CPM for performance every month $150 per day paid orientation Up to .50 CPM – Dry Van Up to .60 CPM - Flatbed PLUS $25 daily per Diem while on duty $15 per stop additional pick & stop pay $10.50 detention per hour* $75 layover pay $7.50 per hour breakdown & weather-down pay* Satellite radio provided YEARLY RAISES Potential yearly increase with experience and safety record. BONUSES $5,000 Sign-on Bonus = $500 at 6 months + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,500 at 2 years + $2,000 3 years Platinum Mileage Bonus = Additional .05 cents for every mile over 10,000 miles in a month Safety Performance Bonus = Additional .02 cents per mile, when KPI MPG is over 6.5 miles/gallon with no violations, paperwork received, and equipment maintained, quarterly. Clean Inspections: $250 – Level I, $75 – Level II, $50 – Level III Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1 st dispatch + $200 at 30 days + $200 at 60 days + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,000 at 2 years.
