Individual is required to have a proven solid work experience background in customer service, desktop support, and SCCM. Must have experience working in a Windows Server 2008/2012, and Windows 7 environment. This includes but is not limited to create collections and advertisements for software deployment, monitors SCCM system health and performs patch management.
