Description:Insurance Company is a start up (started in 2017) and offers business insurance like workers comp, liability, commercial auto insurance to small businesses. It's insurance for businesses.

  • It is all internet driven business so NO COLD CALLING as of right now. Following up on website applications and answering inbound calls from businesses wanting more information. It is customer service for current clients.
  • The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:
    • Maintaining industry leading service standards
    • Timely entry of all inbound leads
    • Availability and dependability to multitask
    • Highly focused on a total team environment
    • HYBRID - have to sit in the 68102 area
      • three days working in office
      • two days working from home Start date:September 26th Shift: 1st shift: 15.252nd shift: $16.21Hours:7am-8pm Top Skills Details:
        • Customer service
        • Call center
        • Inbound call
        • Customer supportRequirements:Have to have at least two years of recent call center experience at one positionIncentives:CSRs are eligible for paid bonuses based on team success and number of calls taken. Essentially they have base hourly rate of $15.25 for 1st shift and $16.21 for 2nd shift. On top of that they are able for incentive pay for calls and the top 10% of people are taking home over $1000 extra a month and the average is around $300 a month. This a great opportunity to get closer to a $35-$40K plus salary. They also offer the opportunity for licensing and leadership rolesExperience Level:Entry Level
