Job Description:

This position is responsible for helping to drive the Go-to-Market Analytics & Activation initiatives in the company, including Marketing Mix Modeling, CRM Analytics, Paid Media Analytics, Promo effectiveness, etc. - This client service focused position supports the analytics & reporting function for Global CRM analytics (50%) and A&P Effectiveness across the brands and affiliates (50%). - The position works closely with ELC's internal clients, external data providers, as well as external modeling vendors to provide data, analytics, and insights to drive usage within the organization. - The position establishes high visibility and trust throughout the organization at all levels.
Work closely with the Regional CRM teams to provide support to the Global brand teams on analytics related to CRM. Facilitate communication across all regions to collect insights and analyze data gathered from regions. - Compile learnings and share insights and best practices with the Global teams.

Assist in the CRM data collection and validation for the key global CRM analytics projects. - Lead as the CRM data expert to help the brand teams navigate through different CRM systems. - Support the CRM Analytics team to deliver the global CRM metric reporting and analyses and to develop a roadmap on how to further automate and scale reporting for faster decision making. - Evolve reporting (e.g., specific views or roll ups of the data) per feedback from brand stakeholders.

Help support the Marketing Mix Modeling engagement with the selected external vendor who conducts the models, review the modeling process and output. As needed, work with the vendor to prepare the analysis of findings and recommendations and to drive usage within the organization.

Support brand teams with budget simulation and optimization scenarios based on measured ROIs. - Maintain and provide benchmark ROIs and contributions to the internal teams to aid in planning.

Support ELC through ad-hoc analyses around CRM data, sales performance, measurement, share, ROI, and other business questions. Partner with internal customers and collaborate with other EM&D teams as needed to assist in translating learnings to PowerPoint with charts, insights, and actionable items.
Help build data visualizations to synthesize and leverage data across sources to tell the right story for any given audience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Statistics or Economics, Marketing considered

1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG, Cosmetic or Retail industries and with regional exposure

Passionate about Data & Analytics: You are able to handle a high volume of consumer, competitive and company data and draw out the key insight for application to the business strategy. You ask the right questions to help shape an analysis and are able to deep dive to identify areas of opportunity
Strong analytical/technical experience: You have hands on experience working with analytical tools, with proficiency in Excel/PPT. Experience with visualization tools, like Tableau and Power BI, is a plus
Effective Communication Skills: You are an exceptional listener with the ability to communicate your ideas clearly and deliver a succinct presentation
Self-starter: You are proactive and seek to be challenged. You can question the status quo and push the envelope to bring new ideas to life and drive processes forward. You have excellent time management skills and can execute in a timely manner.

You keep a constant pulse on developing fashion, wellness, and other adjacent industry trends and can translate these trends to areas of opportunity for our brands
