Key Responsibilities -Maintenance Tech --- Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily --- Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care --- Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting --- Documenting completed work --- Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner --- Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled.
