Retail Sales Merchandiser (Employee Position) Department: Military Sales Reports To: Territory or Base Manager Status: Full-Time | Flexible Hours Location: Work onsite at military commissaries and exchanges Join a Team That Makes a Difference! What You'll Do Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain product availability.Execute Merchandising: Implement planograms and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.Drive Sales: Carry out promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and track performance.Build Relationships: Partner with store managers and commissary staff to ensure seamless execution and strong in-store support.Maintain Excellence: Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, labeling, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.Analyze and Adapt: Anticipate needs, communicate inventory concerns, and help optimize sales performance.Promote Compliance: Follow all military retailers and installation rules and safety protocols.
