Responsibilities:Welcome and assist walk in customersFollow up with
online inquiries about vehicles on the lot by reaching out by
phone, text, and emailSchedule in store appointments to view and
test drive vehiclesAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by
asking questions and listening to their wants and needsBe
knowledgeable of the vehicles available for sale to provide
alternate optionsProvide list of optional products available for
customers to purchaseConsistently meet established sales goals
metricsPartner with the Sales Management team for training and
learning opportunitiesAdditional duties as assignedRequired Skills
& Abilities:Customer satisfaction drivenStrong verbal and written
communication skillsTechnologically savvy with computersPreferred
Experience:Previous automotive sales experience preferredPhysical
Requirements:Ability to operate a vehicleAbility to sit for 2- 4
hoursAbility to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hoursVisual acuity to read
and type for 2 - 6 hoursSimple grasping and fine manipulation to
sort through papers for 2 - 4 hoursOccasional lifting and carrying
of up to 30 pounds unassistedWork Environment:Both in and outdoors
in all seasons and types of weatherFrequently in and out of
vehiclesSchedule:5 day work weekMonday - Saturday; 1 weekday off
either Tuesday, Wednesday, or ThursdayOperating hours of the
