Lift Pro Equipment Co., Inc. is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Parts & Service Supervisor to help lead our shop and parts team in Sioux City, IA Office. We’re a long-standing material-handling dealership serving SD, MN, IA, NE, and WY, and we take pride in great service and reliable equipment. What You’ll Do Lead the daily operations of our Service Shop and Parts Department Support technicians, dispatch service calls, and make sure repairs run smoothly Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to keep jobs moving Help create quotes, review paperwork, and maintain accurate records Keep parts inventory organized and ensure techs have what they need Communicate with customers and suppliers in a friendly, professional way Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience in parts sales or a related field preferred Knowledge of lift equipment and construction machinery a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean record At Lift Pro Equipment Co, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
