Cargill, a global leader in providing diverse services and products in food, agriculture, financial, and industrial sectors, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dedicated team in the Food & Beverage Operations department. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety of our food products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the sustenance and nourishment of communities worldwide. Implement and monitor quality assurance testing protocols and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements Conduct and oversee regular inspections and quality audits Manage and resolve quality-related issues efficiently, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information regarding product quality Work closely with production teams to ensure quality and safety guidelines are followed Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure quality standards are met at all stages Assist in the development of new quality processes and systems for better efficiency and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of quality assurance theories and practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments Proficiency in using quality assurance software tools and methodologies Attention to detail and a high level of precision Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred HACCP certification
