Key duties: You’ll provide individual and/or couples therapy within a trauma-informed, integrative framework.You’ll bring your own strengths and voice to your sessions, while staying connected to a team that values reflection, honesty, and collaboration. Day to day, that means: Holding space for clients with authenticity and empathy. Keeping documentation clear and timely through JaneApp. Participating in consults, supervision, and team connection. Communicating with both clients and colleagues with warmth and respect. It’s important to us that everyone here feels supported — not just in what they do, but in how they get to do it. What we’re looking for You hold a valid Nebraska license (LIMHP, LMHP, PLMHP, LICSW, PLCSW, LMFT, etc.) Ability to maintain 15–20 client hours per week and can maintain a caseload of 5 clients per day once established. Openness to work some evenings or limited weekends if needed. Living within a reasonable distance of our Omaha office, or plan to relocate. Compensation & Support $58,500-$104,000 per year, based on experience and licensure Strong administrative support (billing, scheduling, systems) Ongoing mentorship and peer collaboration are part of our culture.
