Growing together. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming excellent provider-patient alliances. The Psychologist position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients. Required Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of practice - 2 years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and groups - Able to commute to the location in-person Preferred Qualifications: - Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting - Experience with health psychology - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) - Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions - Proven comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations - Proven comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care.We’rerevolutionizing behavioral health care delivery for individuals,cliniciansand the entire health care system.
