fellowship-trainedAdult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon with
expertise in total jointprocedures, particularly the anterior hip
approach, to join our expanding team.Our multidisciplinary group
specializes in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery,and orthopedic
spine care, serving a growing patient base with the highestlevel of
musculoskeletal care. Position Highlights: High Demand for
AnteriorHip: Join a well-established and respected practice with
immediate demand foranterior hip replacements. No current surgeons
in the group are performing thisapproach, providing a unique
opportunity to build a high-volume practicequickly. Collaborative
Environment:Work alongside a team of board-certified orthopedic
surgeons, neurosurgeons,spine specialists, and experienced advanced
practice providers in a collegial,patient-centered setting.
Compensation: First-yearguaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks,
transitioning to a directbilling/physician fee model with potential
to earn $1M annually. Ownership Opportunities:Potential for

Medical Degree (MD or DO)from an accredited institution Completion
of an accreditedorthopedic surgery residency Completion of a
fellowshipin Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery Proficiency
in the anteriorapproach to hip replacement Board Certified or
BoardEligible in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible for a Nebraskamedical
license Strong interpersonal,communication, and clinical skills
